Casa Fantastica is an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 1800s and renovated in 1937. It is located at 450 meters above sea level in a wonderful position with a view that extends from the Lucca valley to the Versilia coast line. The house is surrounded by 23000mt land, including an olive grove , fruit trees, a chestnut grove where porcini mushrooms grow. Strategic place to quickly reach the main Tuscan sights.

The house is divided into two apartments of approximately 60m2 each and is surrounded by 23,000 MT of land facing south. Both apartments have a large double bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen. There's also a storage space with a washing machine. In the garden there is a wood-burning oven available for making bread and pizza, two barbecues and a hot tub (June to September). It is possible to participate in local activities such as vegetable gardening, harvesting chestnuts, mushrooms and olives with a visit to the oil mill. Aperitivo with tasting of local organic products is available upon reservation.

The house is on the first floor and is composed of a kitchen, a living room, 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms an extra single bed can be added. Central heating and a wood stove keep it cozy in the winter whole the stone walls keep it comfortable in the hot summer months.
